I found book 2 and 3 online. I downloaded the pdf files. This way I can read them on my computer. For book 4 I'll ask my friend if I can borrow it. I can send you the files if you like. The only things about those pages, it looks like someone retyped the book and there are a few typos. But its not hard to follow. :)
